As well as older users would benefit as well. Especially when they may not be feeling well so a simplified check in would be greatly appreciated. Making this app more user friendly would really aid the user/patient. It saves a lot of time and costs to not have to make a trip to a non urgent doctor visits. VSEE Support Please visit call (650) 614-1746. The Clinic version seems to have more clinical features such as a call list. For some reason, I cannot not get VSee Clinic to work for me. VSee allows me to use a quality HIPAA compliant platform for free. To make it one step/click at this point? Or can you make consent box larger. VSee has better video and quality than other free platforms. Could you make some updates?: 1) allow user to save as a favorite their medical waiting room/provider vs having to input info to find it each time 2)allow us to save the patient info again maybe as a saved profile or favorite they can select 3) can you integrate the consent button and next button. All of these suggestions are to reduce inputs that would make the app more user friendly and the check in process less cumbersome.
